The Department of Veterans Affairs Hospital in Reno wanted to relocate the Blood Draw area from the ground floor to the first floor. This work included the demolition of existing mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems along with interior space in order to relocate Blood Draw to first floor (~1800 SF). Work included complete removal of MEP systems and retrofitted with new ceiling, flooring, restroom finishes, the new layout included redesigned blood draw area, waiting area, and office spaces with a new conference room. This new space included a new HVAC and electrical lighting.
